The 'tip' for Cucurella

The transfer of the left-back to Brighton for 18 million will leave a part to Barça as agreed with Getafe in a clause on a future transfer.

Barça will win 1.8 million euros for the transfer of Cucurella. Cadena Cope advanced the signing of the left-back raised in La Masia by Brighton, who will pay the 18 million of the clause. And Barça will take the 'tip' that he agreed with Getafe in one of the clauses of his transfer. In these times of Barça shortage, any economic injection is welcome at Joan Laporta's club.

Cucurella, international and a silver medalist with the Olympic National Team this summer in Tokyo, was transferred two summers ago by Barça to Getafe. Valverde, who always believed more in Miranda than in him although the Sevillian did not have opportunities either, gave the go-ahead to the player's departure after his assignment in Eibar. Getafe paid 10 million euros for him. The most expensive sale in the history of Getafe will leave 1.8 million in the culés coffers.
