If Tuesday was Josep Signo's day, Wednesday became Jaume Cuéllar's (08-23-01) at CD Lugo. The albivermello group gave officiality at the edge of seven in the afternoon to the news advanced by Emilio González, from Radio Galega. The Spanish-Bolivian winger thus arrives at Anxo Carro after ending his relationship with Spal of the Italian Serie A, with a record, initially from the subsidiary although with the dynamics of the first team and signing a two-year contract with the option of another two.

Born in Granollers to Bolivian parents, Jaume Cuéllar completed his training process at the prolific FC Barcelona youth academy, where he stood out in their lower categories. Later, Jaume Cuéllar signed for the Italian Spal, where he was important in his subsidiary team and made his debut in Serie A, being the first Bolivian player to play in the highest category of Italian football.

International on one occasion with the Andean national team, where curiously he was sent off for a double yellow card, Jaume Cuéllar performs as a winger on both bands and also as a center forward, standing out for his arrival and his power. Time will tell if this new stage is the one that will definitely catapult him into elite football.
