Yann Bodiger, new Albinegro player

The Frenchman, who was close to signing last January, is committed for one season. It is the third signing for the double pivot, after Tejera and Boateng.

Could not be months ago but now. Yann Bodiger joins FC Cartagena for the 21-22 season, a signing that comes to reinforce the center of the field of the box that will be directed by Luis Carrión. With the departure of Carrasquilla very close and as much as possible from Clavería, the Albinegro team had only Tejera and Boateng in that demarcation, both also signed this summer. Except for a change of plans in the casualties, one more man can still arrive at the port city campus.

Bodiger has extensive experience in the silver category of our country. The Frenchman made his debut there in the ranks of Córdoba CF and later went to Cádiz CF, with which he achieved promotion to First Division. Without prominence with the yellows in his second season, in January he signed for CD Castellón, FC Cartagena's rival in the fight for salvation. In Castalia, despite his good role, the goal of permanence was not achieved.

The new Albinegro footballer will join training with his new teammates in the next few hours. It will be difficult for him to be in Saturday's friendly against CD Tenerife, but he could do it in the next one with Elche CF.
