The documentary series 'Fernando' premieres second season on Amazon Prime Video

The Prime Video platform premieres on August 27 the second season of the documentary series focused on the life and day-to-day of Fernando Alonso.


Fernando Alonso reopens the doors of his professional and personal life in the new installment of Fernando, the documentary series that follows in the footsteps of the Asturian pilot. Starting next August 27, Amazon Prime Video users will be able to watch the second season of the series. This project is produced by The Mediapro Studio and has Laura Fernández, Javier Méndez, Javier Pons and Bernat Elías as executive producers.

The cameras accompanied Alonso from the period of confinement, caused by the COVID-19 crisis, until his return to Formula 1. The docuserie will show exclusive images of the exhibition of Fernando Alonso with the car with which he took the world championship , tells in first person the consequences of the bicycle accident he suffered just before the start of the F1 season, as well as his day to day in Switzerland.

According to Amazon Prime Video, the pilot will show viewers his experience racing and traveling while complying with health restrictions and images with exclusive content from the end of the race he lived in the Grand Prix in Bahrain. Fernando joins the other sports offers on the platform.
