The MotoStudent team of the UPV / EHU Bilbao School of Engineering has presented this Tuesday the two motorcycle prototypes, electric and gasoline, that will compete in the MotorLand Aragón circuit.

The Bilbao team, made up of 30 students and 4 teachers, is presented for the first time in the category of electric motorcycles and remains in the traditional gasoline.

At the Alcañiz circuit (Teruel), from July 15 to 18, approximately 100 teams from universities around the world will participate and that of the Bilbao School of Engineering is one of those that designs and manufactures a higher percentage of components among all participants.

The biennial competition organized by TechnoPark MotorLand and the Moto Engineering Foundation will be a challenge that the participants will face, testing their abilities to achieve success in one of the largest international university competitions in the field of engineering and engineering. innovation applied to the engine.

The competition has two categories: MotoStudent Petrol, where they will mount a 250-cubic-centimeter, 4-stroke internal combustion engine, and MotoStudent Electric, where the participating prototypes are powered by a fully electric system.
