The arrival of Peñaranda to Las Palmas is now official

Today he passed the mandatory medical examination, and will be presented this afternoon at 5.30 pm. Tomorrow, first training session with Las Palmas.

For a few days it was known that Adalberto Peñaranda would be a player for Unión Deportiva Las Palmas. The Venezuelan attacker landed in Gran Canaria last Saturday, but the official status of his signing was postponed until today, when the mandatory medical examination was scheduled, which was successfully passed.

Peñaranda arrives on loan from the English Premier League team Watford until June 30, 2022. This afternoon he will be presented at 5.30 p.m., and tomorrow, from 10.30 a.m., he will exercise for the first time with his teammates in the Sports City of Barranco Seco.

The new disciple of Pepe Mel becomes at the moment the fourth signing of Las Palmas with a view to next season. Before that, Unai Veiga, Erick Ferigra and Rafa Mujica arrived, who also played on loan, now one more footballer on the Las Palmas payroll, last year from Leeds United. Likewise, the club could make Jesé's renewal and Araujo's departure official in the next few hours.
