Mark Cavendish won his 33rd Tour de France victory on Tuesday, his third in this 2021 edition. The Briton beat Belgians Wout Van Aert and Jasper Philipsen in a tight sprint in Valence and is now just one win away from equaling the record in the Grande Boucle, the 34 that Eddy Merckx achieved.
