The Iranian goalkeeper comes from Portuguese football, will fight for the title with the Colombian Lucho and has been international with his selection.

Not for Ponferradina, which this morning has begun to do medical check-ups and has just announced its seventh signing in eight days after Copete, Lucho, Espiau, Medina, Becerra and Ojeda. This is the Iranian goalkeeper Amir Abedzadeh, born in 1993 in Tehran and who comes from the Portuguese Maritime club.

The new goalkeeper, who fought with Colombian Lucho García for being the starter in goal, began his career in the United States at Orange County SC and after returning to his country and playing for Rah Ahan in 2012. Four years later he gave the jump to Portugal playing for Barreirense until he was signed by Maritimo, the Portuguese First League team with which he has been the starting goalkeeper for the last two seasons. In addition, his international experience is completed with the calls with his national team, where he has played five games: four friendlies and a World Cup qualifying game.
