Official: Nigel Williams-Goss signs two years with Real Madrid

Real Madrid has announced the hiring of Nigel Williams-Goss, from Lokomotiv Kuban, until 2023. He will play as base with Alocén and Heurtel.


Real Madrid confirms its trio of bases. Carlos Alocén, who had his first experience with the team last season, and Thomas Heurtel, signed last winter from Barcelona after passing through France, is joined by Nigel Williams-Goss.

The white club has announced the arrival of its new player pointing out that it will be with a two-season contract, until 2023.

The point guard (26 years and 1.88) landed in January this year at Lokomotiv Kuban after making his NBA debut with Utah Jazz, where he played 10 games (1.4 points and 0.6 assists). The 2019-20 season was spent in the G-League with Salt Lake City Stars, where he averaged 15.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 5.5 assists. Before his American experience, he played for two other European teams: KK Partizán (2017-18) and Olympiacos, the following year.
