Marc García, new player of Hereda San Pablo Burgos

The Catalan player will compete in the ranks of the Burgos team for the 2021/22 ACB and Champions League season, where he already played with Fuenlabrada.

The Hereda San Pablo Burgos and the Manresan player Marc García have reached an agreement whereby the guard will compete in the ranks of the Burgos team for the 2021/22 season of the Endesa ACB League and in the Champions League. The Catalan guard of 1.97 meters does the bulk of his work from the outside game, where he will reinforce the Burgos squad for the new season.

The Manresa started his career in the world of basketball in his hometown, going through the lower categories of CB Manresa before signing with FC Barcelona. In the 2014/15 season, the Barça entity transferred him to La Bruixa DOr Manresa, in what was his return home and his first experience in ACB, to later return to the Barça structure, competing with his subsidiary in LEB Oro, in addition to belonging to the Real Betis Energía Plus squad in the 2016/17 academic year, where he coincided with coach Zan Tabak.

The guard signed for Montakit Fuenlabrada in the summer of 2018 for a three-year stage, in which in addition to participating in the Endesa League, he gained experience during a season in the BCL, a competition to which he will now return with the help of Hereda San Pablo Burgos. In that 2018/19 European course, the Manresa averaged 11.7 points per match and signed a 47.1% success rate from the perimeter.

In the last season in the Fuenlabrada team, Marc García reached his scoring top in the domestic league, with an excellent game in which he added 33 points, made five triples of eight attempts and captured 6 rebounds. His valuation of 39 credits led him to become the Endesa League Player of the Day 6.
