Doukouré already has an official offer from Zaragoza

The Aragonese club has presented the Ivorian international with a firm proposal of two years plus an optional third. Leganés also intends it.

The Ivorian international midfielder Cheick Doukouré, one of the priorities of the sports director Miguel Torrecilla and the coach Juan Ignacio Martínez to reinforce the squad for next season, already has a formal offer from Real Zaragoza, consisting of a two-year contract plus an optional third .

Doukouré, who would arrive at La Romareda with the letter of freedom, after having finalized his contract with Levante, is also interested in Leganés to replace Rubén Pérez and has taken ten days to decide his future, but Zaragoza, despite the situation of paralysis that is causing the process of change of ownership, it is a destination that pleases the footballer.

AS already revealed on June 23 the interest of Zaragoza by Doukouré, a powerful pivot with deployment and good conduction. Torrecilla and JIM consider that the Aragonese team lacks a player of their characteristics and they have him at the top of their list of objectives.

Doukouré, 28 years old and 1.80 tall, trained in the French Lorient quarry, from where he jumped in 2014 to Metz. And from there in 2017 to Levante, which paid a million and a half euros for his transfer. At the Granota club he suffered a very serious injury to his left knee before being transferred to Huesca, where he suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon and was out for five months, and later a fibrillar tear in the biceps femoris that left him almost unpublished. He only played four games with Alto Aragon, three less than this season with Levante in the First Division. Now he has been free and needs to join a team that offers him minutes to be able to play the World Cup in Qatar 2022.

For their part, the representatives Mathieu Peybernes, another of the clear objectives of Real Zaragoza, are negotiating with Almería the separation of the French central, who would also arrive free at La Romareda and would sign for three years. Peybernes has been training outside the group since Monday, waiting to finalize his departure shortly.
