Baskonia includes Polonara and Henry in the right of first refusal

The Vitorian club could match the offer of an Endesa League team to either of them with the aim of retaining them in their team.

The ACB League published this Friday the players subject to the right of first refusal, among which are Pierrià Henry and Achille Polonara, who have a qualified offer from TD Systems Baskonia.

This movement means that the Vitorian club could match the offer of an Endesa League team to either of the two players in order to retain them in their team. This could also happen in the future, as the point guard will play for Fenerbahce next season and the Italian has already announced his intention to leave the Basque club.

In the event that any of them wish to return to the ACB League in the next few years, Baskonia would have the right to know the offer they receive to decide whether to match it or not. This same case occurs with the Argentine Patricio Garino and the guard Darrun Hilliard who, as reported by the ACB, have shown their interest in returning to the domestic championship.

Similarly, it has also been confirmed that the Baskonians have the rights to Luca Vildoza, who was traded to the New York Knicks this season. On the other hand, at the moment, the Vitoria team has not presented an offer for the players who end the contract such as Zoran Dragic, QuinoColom and Frantz Massenat.
