The worst Albacete in history

The white team has only been able to add 29 points in 34 days and remains sunk as bottom of the category.

The 80th anniversary season is being disastrous for an Albacete that continues firmly on the way to Second Division B. The team from La Mancha with 8 days remaining for the end of the championship is sunk as bottom of the category and 7 points of permanence.

In 34 days, the white team has only been able to add 29 points with a balance of 7 wins, 8 draws and 19 losses. The numbers for this campaign are a real drama with 21 goals for and 43 goals conceded, having the worst goal difference in the Second Division.

Only a miracle can prevent the Whites from relegation after a disastrous season with three coaches on their bench, two sports directors and horrible squad planning, with signings that have not contributed and that have been well below the expected level. Albacete has signed the worst numbers in the history of the La Mancha entity in professional football in a year in which its 80th anniversary is commemorated.
