Simón, Carrasquilla and Coulibaly target La Romareda

The full-back worked with the group on Monday, while the internationals could arrive on time after the commitments of their teams.

FC Cartagena has an important clash this Thursday for its future in the competition. The Albinegro team visits Real Zaragoza, a direct rival in the fight to avoid relegation, and for this meeting Luis Carrión could count on three players who have not been at his disposal in recent engagements. They are David Simón, who was out due to physical problems, Carrasquilla and Coulibaly, the latter two after returning from the commitments of the teams of Panama and Burkina Faso.

But their return to the team does not mean that they do it directly to the starting eleven. In the case of David Simón, Antoñito had an outstanding performance on the right side against Málaga CF and everything indicates that he will continue as a starter against Juan Ignacio Martínez's. The possibility of advancing the position of Antoñito vanishes since it would lead to the departure of De Blasis, who was also at a good level, or Cayarga, author of the goal against the Andalusians. Carrasquilla can have more options to form the double pivot with Azeez at the expense of Clavería. The last one, Coulibaly, has not made his debut yet and Forniés has also won the trust of Carrión.

Notable casualties

But not everything is good news for the Catalan coach, who in the next matches could be playing his future on the bench. Raúl Navas was sent off on Saturday and will be out, like Aburjania. The midfielder is with Georgia, who plays his last engagement on Wednesday night.

It is very complicated for Álex Gallar and Nacho Gil, who have not quite overcome the physical problems that they drag.
