Official: El Molde - Granada will be played in Budapest

Puskás Aréna will host the second leg of the Europa League round of 16 on March 18. This was agreed by UEFA and both clubs.

The second leg of the round of 16 of the Europa League between Molde and Granada will finally be played at the Puskás Aréna stadium in Budapest. The meeting, scheduled for March 18 at 6:55 p.m., will be held in the Hungarian capital given the existing restrictions in Norway as a result of the crisis caused by COVID-19.

After several days of talks, UEFA and both clubs have agreed, with the approval of the Hungarian Football Association, to set the venue for the match at the Hungarian stadium. The first leg will be played seven days before, on March 11, at the Los Cármenes stadium, at 9:00 p.m.

Puskás Aréna from Budapest has already hosted the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 between Leipzig and Liverpool (0-2) and Borussia Mönchengladbach - Manchester City (0-2). Now it will be Granada's turn to play for a pass to the quarterfinals of the Europa League on Hungarian soil.
