Goodbye to the Pirelli brand on the Inter shirt

After 25 years, the tire manufacturing company will cease to be a club sponsor. For the Nerazzurri there will be a lot of news in the next course.

While struggling to win their first scudetto since 2010, disrupting Juventus' hegemony after nine titles in a row, Inter continues to transform. The Suning group, which announced the cessation of its football activity in China with Jiangsu, is looking for new investors (negotiation with BC Partners continues) .

In March, for their 113th anniversary, the Nerazzurri will change their shield (the leaked images have already caused a lot of controversy), and from next year there will be another novelty in Nerazzurri t-shirts. For the first time after 25 years (and 235 million invested), the historic tire manufacturer 'Pirelli' will no longer appear on the elastic bands of the Milanese entity.

It was something that was already talked about in the past months and confirmed by Marco Tronchetti Provera: "We will stop being the sponsor on the shirt, yes, but we will continue to have a relationship with the club." According to the Pirelli president, Suning must continue to be trusted: "They will respect his commitment to Inter, and I think there are proposals from entities willing to join the club." A new era will begin soon, then, for the interisti. There will be no 'Pirelli', but the tifosi hope that the scudetto will appear again on their shirt. Conte's are on the right track.
