PSG closes the missing piece

Danilo reinforces the Parisian team's midfield and lands on loan with a purchase option that amounts to 16 million.

After announcing the signing of Moise Kean yesterday, PSG made the incorporation of Danilo Pereira official a few minutes ago. The Portuguese midfielder arrives on loan after having paid the Parisian team € 4 million and the operation includes a compulsory purchase option that amounts to € 16 million.

Danilo was the midfielder profile that PSG had been yearning for since the retirement of Thiago Motta in 2017. The former Porto player is a very tactical midfielder who has a lot of judgment when it comes to getting the ball played. Last season, Monaco was about to sign him but the Portuguese team asked for 30 million for the player.

With the additions of Moise Kean and Danilo Pereira, PSG could have ended their transfer market. It had been speculated that Joao Mario could reinforce the Ligue 1 champion, but negotiations with Inter had been very difficult. Both could make their debut on October 18 in the visit of the whole of the French capital to Nîmes.
