Nans Peter (Ag2r) conquered the eighth stage of the Tour where at last there were important movements among the favorites. Tadej Pogacar was the strongest and managed to cut 40 seconds with the group of roosters after the day before he had left 1:20 on the fans. Enric Mas, Buchmann and, above all, a Thibaut Pinot who said goodbye to the Tour, the most affected.
