Rahm and Dustin Johnson continue their fight for number one

The American resists at the top of the classification although the Biscayan remains very close to the assault on the leadership. Justin Thomas completes the podium.


The American Dustin Johnson and the Spanish Jon Rahm maintain their fight for the lead in the world golf rankings for another week with a slight advantage for the American golfer, who has played seven fewer tournaments than the Spanish.

Johnson accumulates an average of 10.2826 points in 45 tournaments played, while the Biscayan Rahm adds 9.9728 in seven more competitions, 52, with fellow American Justin Thomas in third place (8.6260) and Northern Irish Rory McIlroy in fourth place (7.8979 ), the same positions they held last week.

American Xander Schauffel, who was eleventh last week, gained four spots over the weekend, to the detriment of fellow countryman Brooks Koepka.

Sergio García remains in the forty-fourth position with 51 tournaments played and 2.4651 points on average, while Rafa Cabrero loses one position and moves to the sixty-ninth position with 1.9822 in 52 tournaments.
