PSG fear a serious injury to Bernat's left knee

The left-back of the French team withdrew before time from the game against Metz. This Thursday he will undergo tests although the first exploration does not augur good news.

"I am very, very sad. It could be a serious injury," Thomas Tuchel expressed himself so pessimistically at the press conference after PSG's agonizing victory against Metz. And the news about the Spanish left-back is not at all flattering.

Bernat had to withdraw in the 85th minute from the field with problems in his left knee, helped by members of the Parisian team staff and among visible signs of pain in his joint. The Spanish will be tested on his left knee this Thursday, although the words of the German coach do not reveal good news for the Spanish international. Bernat's first scan doesn't rule out anything from a severe knee sprain to a ligament injury. At 27 years old, the Spaniard faces his third season in the ranks of PSG: 444 444
