Evenepoel, between the recovery and the UCI investigation

The Belgian published a video in which he shows how he is facing the recovery from his fall in Lombardy amid the UCI investigation for what he carried in his pockets.

Remco Evenepoel continues with his recovery after the severe fall he suffered at the Giro de Lombardia and in which a pelvis fracture occurred that may leave him without competing for the remainder of the season.

In addition to the broken pelvis, the fall in Lombardy has meant another setback for Evenepoel, as the UCI is investigating what it was that its director, Davide Bramati, took out of his jersey pocket while Evenepoel remained on the ground.

Evenepoel, who confessed that he had cried in his father's arms in the hospital after learning about this investigation published a video on Monday in which he wanted to show how his recovery is being in the hospital. "Harder, better, stronger. That is the only goal," Evenepoel wrote alongside the video.

In the video, Evenepoel appears doing numerous rehabilitation exercises in bed and with crutches, as well as being accompanied by his parents at all times. Waiting to see what decision the UCI makes, Evenepoel continues with his rehabilitation to return to the squad as strong as possible.
