The 2021 European Cycling Championships will be held in Trento

The Italian city, which was to host the championships in 2020, will host the 2021 edition, which will be held from September 8 to 12.


The 2021 European Road Championships will be held in Trento from September 8 to 12, as confirmed by the UEC and the organizing committee of the event, suspended this year at said venue due to the health pandemic and relocated to Plouay (France), from 24 until August 28,

In the 2021 Europeans, thirteen titles will be awarded (six for men, six for women and team relays) in 5 days of the race, while the queen men's road event will close the program on Sunday, September 12, 2021.

On next season's calendar, the Trentino European Championship will be placed between the Olympic race in Tokyo (Japan) and the World Championship in Leuven (Belgium), in a month full of great events.

Viviani will not defend title
