Leandro Bolmaro renews with Barça until June 2023

The Argentine, who arrived in the summer of 2018, played nine games in the Endesa League and six in the Euroleague last season. "I am very happy for the confidence of the club," he says.

The Argentine Leandro Bolmaro will remain at Barça for the next three seasons, until June 30, 2023, after having agreed with the Catalan club a new contract for which he will be a player of the first team for all purposes.

The player, who will turn 20 in September, will be part of Sarunas Jasikevicius' new project at a club he arrived in the summer of 2018 to play for the subsidiary, with which he played a total of 33 matches in the LEB Oro.

Last season he combined the Blaugrana subsidiary with the first team, with which he played nine games in LaLiga Endesa and six in the Euroleague because of the numerous injuries at the base position suffered by Barça.

"I am very happy with the confidence that the club has given me and I am very excited about the renewal. I will try to do my best to earn a place in the team, to have minutes, and earn the respect of the coaches, the players and the the fans, "said Bolmaro to the official media of the Catalan team.

The Argentine, who will wear the '9', was "happy to share a team" with the Frenchman Thomas Heurtel and the Greek Nick Calathes, "the best point guards in Europe." "I hope to earn the opportunity by giving my best," he wished.
