Darwin Machís, second positive for coronavirus in Granada

The Venezuelan joins Gonalons as positive for coronavirus in the Nasrid group that passed the PCR tests on Monday. The rest of the squad, negative, will start individual training

Darwin Machís has tested positive for COVID-19. The Venezuelan passed the PCR tests with the rest of the team on Monday along with the pertinent medical examinations and on Tuesday the results were known with the extreme as the only positive of the Nasrid squad together with Maxime Gonalons. The Frenchman took the test before traveling from his country to Granada and, when he tested positive, he was isolated in France with the monitoring of the rojiblanco club's medical services. The rest of the players who have tested negative will start individual training this afternoon.

Machís has been isolated at his home with the monitoring of the club's medical services. Granada, for its part, has immediately brought them to the attention of the health authorities, through the Junta de Andalucía and LaLiga, and has scrupulously followed the protocol established in the event of a positive detection.

The rest of the players will start working from this same part, following the protocols set by LaLiga and individually.
