Cucho Hernández arrives on loan to Getafe

The Colombian forward has opted for the azulones who will not have a purchase option at the end of the season.

Cucho Hernández is the second striker to arrive at Getafe this summer to reinforce and rejuvenate the Azulón attack. The Colombian arrives on loan from Watford without a purchase option. After the decline of the English team, they have decided to continue growing in LaLiga and the footballer has decided on the Coliseum with three other possibilities on the table. At just twenty-one years old, Cucho Hernández has already played in the First Division with Huesca and Mallorca. Right-handed with good movements and power, the Colombian will have tough competition.

This signing confirms that one of the strikers currently in the squad will have to leave. Jaime Mata has the guaranteed position, so between Ángel and Jorge Molina there must be a discard. There is also the option of the youth squad player Hugo Duro on loan in search of minutes and more continuity, especially if the start of the competition in Second B is not guaranteed to be able to play with the subsidiary.

The Madrid club has proposed to rejuvenate a larger squad and has started at the front with the signings of Enes Unal (23 years old) and Cucho Hernández (21). The next must be Víctor Mollejo, whose agreement is already closed and who has not yet met 20.
