Bellerín, offered to PSG

The Spanish side is one of the options to replace Meunier's march to Dortmund, according to 'RMC Sport'. Thilo Kehrer does not convince in Paris.

Héctor Bellerín, one of the Arsenal captains, could have his days numbered in London. PSG's defeat in the Champions League final against Bayern (0-1) has reactivated the search for a right-back to replace Thomas Meunier's departure to Borussia Dortmund (he left free after ending his contract in June). This is due to the unfortunate performance of Thilo Kehrer (23 years old), surpassed at all times by a Kingsley Coman who made the match his own. And in this scenario, Spanish appears, according to RMC Sport.

The French media points out that Bellerín would have been offered to reinforce the rear of Thomas Tuchel, although he does not speak of the amount that would make the Badalonese change the English capital for the French. At 25, Bellerín has established himself as one of the strong men of the recent gunner past, but he has not come to hatch as expected after his brilliant appearance in the first team in 2014. It is not the first time he has been related to our protagonist with a possible exit, since his name, along with Lacazette's, was already placed on the exit ramp if the appropriate offer arrived some time ago.

Injuries have been the greatest burden of a footballer who has only been able to play 25 games this season (15 in the Premier League) due to a torn cruciate ligament and some discomfort in the thigh. His landing would make him compete in direct competition with the aforementioned Kehrer. The German arrived in the summer of 2018 at PSG from Schalke 04 in exchange for 37 million euros, but did not manage to unseat Meunier from the starting position.

If his departure is consummated, the Spanish international would say goodbye to what has been his home since he left La Masía del Barça in the summer of 2012 to join Arsenal's youth football school. Team he only left briefly between 2013 and 2014 in a just three-month stint at Watford.
