Zidane looks at Mestalla without shock

The first session to prepare the duel with Valencia had all the expected troops. Castilist Javi Hernández played Marcelo and Mendy.

Real Madrid finished the recovery phase of the happy 1-3 in Bruges and already puts the engine at full speed thinking about the momentous match at Mestalla on Sunday and the Classic, three days later, in Barcelona. Zidane did it with the good news that the procedural match in the Champions League left no more casualties and he can think of Valencia without startling.

In this Friday's session, the penultimate before traveling to the city of Turia, climbed up to the chauvinist Javi Hernández to have a left-hand side to rehearse with. In Mestalla he will not have any cigar, because Marcelo is still injured and Mendy will miss it because of the red one he saw spent the day against Espanyol.

The positive news of the morning in Valdebebas was to see James again on the grass, alternating exercises with the ball and without him, although still alone. The Colombian has a hard time getting ready before the game that closes the year, on December 22 at the Bernabéu against Athletic. The rest of the injured (Hazard, Lucas Vázquez, Marcelo and Asensio) stayed inside the premises of the white club.
