Jordan, Lopetegui's joker who plays it all

He is the Sevilla player who played the most games so far this year. Before the Leganés assumed a new role and its versatility is a guarantee for the technician nervous.

Julen Lopetegui found an elite competition in his midfield since the beginning of this season. Squeeze Banega's creative talent, surrender to Fernando's balancing ability, grant freedom to Óliver Torres and pause duels with Franco Vázquez. But no one plays more than Joan Jordán: the former Eibar has 18 games (more than anyone on the Nerva squad) and confirms that his jump to the first competitive level did not mean any bad heights.

Jordan played all the duels of this League despite not being an undisputed headline in the coach's plans. The possibility of playing several roles in this scheme is an incentive that not all pieces of the spinal cord possess. Against Leganés, he played almost half a single center for much of the match before Gudelj also left the game. Lopetegui wants to get as much fruit as possible from a piece that showed lacks and also multiple virtues.

For Jordan, his step forward is key in the intention of being a protagonist in this project. Look even at the European Championship next summer knowing that his performance does not go unnoticed by Luis Enrique and that the moment of Seville can be his best ally. In the middle, inside or almost half-way, the Sevilla player wants to continue taking steps in Nervión.
