Vasilyev and the signing of Mbappé for Madrid: "Unmissable"

The former president of the Monegasque club has added in 'Le Parisien' that the PSG star told him before going to Paris: "Madrid will wait."

In the last week, rumors about the possible arrival of Mbappé in Real Madrid have intensified. The PSG continues trying to convince the striker to renew him, while Zidane got rid of praise for him to try to tighten the rope a little more. Now, Vadim Vasilyev, former vice president of Monaco, has told Le Parisien that he continues to see Mbappé in the white team.

"When? I don't know anything, but it seems inescapable. The offer of Real Madrid was very interesting for Monaco, and he told me: 'Vadim, for me it's too soon. I haven't played more than a year in my country. I'm from Paris, I don't want to leave my country right now. I want to become a great player here. Madrid will wait, "said Vasilyev.

Mbappé will have to decide where he will play next season in the coming months. The former Monaco player is aware of the pressure that revolves around him, since Madrid is on the prowl and from the PSG they are trying to convince him to renew and become the leader of the Parisian team over the next few years.
