Prado's success returns Spain to the 2020 calendar

The FIM has made public the calendar of the next World Cup that will consist of 20 tests and the fifth will be in our country although the location is still official.


Motocross grows and grows in Spain thanks to the Jorge Prado phenomenon. The 18-year-old Lucense, double MX2 world champion, makes the jump to the top category in 2020 and will be able to show his enormous skill and talent to Spanish fans live since the fifth date, of the 20 planned, will be in Spain . The FIM has formalized the calendar for next season and there is a gap, on April 19, reserved for our country although the place where it will be held is not official.

The championship will begin in Matterley Basin (Great Britain) on March 1 and from there it will go to Holland, Argentina and Italy before disembarking in Spain. Later it will be the turn of Portugal, France, again Italy, Germany, Russia, Latvia, two appointments in Indonesia, Czech Republic, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Turkey, China and will end in Imola (Emilia Romagna) with the third appointment in the transalpine country. At the end of the contest, just the following week, September 27, the Motocross of the Nations will be held in the French town of Enrée.
