Klopp and Aubameyang, best coach and Premier player in September

It is the fifth time that the German coach has won this award, for the first of the Gabonese, who has been imposed on Alexander-Arnold, Kevin de Bruyne, Mahrez, Heung-min Son and Callum Wilson.

The German leads Liverpool in a perfect start of the Premier, with eight consecutive victories, of which three of them were in September. The 'Reds' beat Newcastle United 3-1, 1-2 Chelsea and 0-1 Sheffield United, which led them to command the table with 24 points, eight above Manchester City.

It is the fifth time that Klopp wins this award. Eddie Howe, Bournemouth coach, Frank Lampard, of Chelsea, and Brendan Rodgers, of Leicester City, have been imposed in the vote.

Aubameyang, best player of September

Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been elected best player of the month of September in the Premier League.

The Gabonese scored in that month five goals in four games, to add a total of seven goals this season. The one that was last year Golden Boot, along with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mané already won this award in October 2018 and happens in the Finnish medal winners Teemu Pukki, winner in August

The African striker scored in a two-way tie at Watford, in a one-way draw against Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United and in the 3-2 victory against Aston Villa.

Aubameyang has imposed himself on the votes to Trent Alexander-Arnold, Kevin de Bruyne, Riyad Mahrez, John McGinn, Ricardo Pereira, Heung-min Son and Callum Wilson.
