The view between the AMA and Salas will be held on October 23

The World Anti-Doping Agency appealed against the acquittal of the excicist in the litigation to give validity to the biological passport in Spain.

The World Anti-Doping Agency (AMA) appealed against the acquittal of Ibai Salas because of the irregularities of his biological passport in contentious matters and in the Court of Sports Arbitration (TAS). The decision of the Administrative Court of Sport (TAD), which revoked the four-year sanction imposed by AEPSAD, caused the loss of validity of the passport in Spain. The hearing between the AMA and the Salas team in the ordinary courts will be held on October 23. In addition, an appeal for inadmissibility presented by José Rodríguez, a lawyer for the excicist, is pending. Meanwhile, the of the TAS continues its course. Three arbitrators will issue the award. 444444

Alexis Rodríguez and Rafa Rodríguez, professional excorers, received a four-year suspension for traffic thanks to the collaboration of the courts with the Agency. 444444
