Monchi: "Ceballos has never been an objective of Sevilla"

The general sports director of Sevilla denied that he wants the Utrera. On the other hand, he admitted interest in Sergio Reguilón.

Seville's general sports director, Ramón Rodríguez 'Monchi', admitted on Tuesday his interest in the possible assignment of Sergio Reguilón, left-back of Real Madrid, and denied that it exists for the club's midfielder Dani Ceballos.

In the press conference of farewell to midfielder Pablo Sarabia, after his signing for Paris Saint-Germain, Monchi confirmed that he is "assessing the incorporation" of Reguilón.

The Cadiz coach added that he has "different options" for the demarcation of lateral left-hander of the Sevilla team, for which he has Sergio Escudero and the Brazilian Guilherme Arana, who has been declared transferable.

The Sevilla sports director also assured that he had not "made any effort" for the Utrera player and ex-football player of Real Betis Dani Ceballos, whom he has "never" considered as a possible sevillista reinforcement: "He has never been an objective of Sevilla ".
