Saúl asks for the return of Torres

The Atlético midfielder took advantage of Torres' announcement to ask for his return via Twitter hours after Fuenlabrada said he is retiring.

Saúl Ñíguez took just over three hours to ask for the return of Fernando Torres to Atlético de Madrid. The forward from Fuenlabrada announced his retirement at 7:01 am (Peninsular time) and the midfielder, at 10:12 am, and asked for the return of El Niño to the club rojiblanco through Twitter.

"#VuelveACasa" and a mention to his account was the brief tweet that Saul published. The Elche coincided with Fernando Torres in the last seasons of the striker in Madrid. Both maintain a good relationship as they have made public repeatedly.

In addition to Saúl, Atlético de Madrid has also wanted to have a detail with Fernando Torres through social networks. "Very proud of a legend career" put the club on Twitter. He has also received tributes from Chelsea and Liverpool.
