Sharapova will not play at Roland Garros for her shoulder injury

The Russian tennis player confirmed in her Instagram account that she will not play the French tournament because of this inconvenience. It has not competed since last January.

Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova has been discharged for the next Roland Garros, the second 'Grand Slam' of the year which she has won twice (2012 and 2014), due to the fact that she has not fully recovered from an operation on her shoulder.

"Giving me off this Wednesday of the French Open Sometimes the right decisions are not always the simplest", wrote Sharapova on his official profile on 'Instagram'. "As for better news, I have returned to the training field and little by little I have regained strength in my shoulder," added


Siberia, 32 years old and winner of five 'big', does not play a game from the end of January and a month later decided to undergo surgery for his shoulder problems.
