Alonso, problems the first day of Indianapolis with the McLaren

The Spaniard is still testing with a McLaren who is looking for the reason for the failure, while Power is first on the first day of testing.

Painting an eye, excited, like who starts a new project in his life, as one who believes he is destined to continue making history, even if it is personal, as if he had painted an eye on his Japanese daruma. Each year they usually give one to Fernando Alonso in his visit to the country from which he chose the samurai, his favorite character. The daruma is a doll that represents a monk who is painted an eye when you are starting a mission and when you achieve the goal you draw the other eye with the completed work. It is not going to be easy to finish with both eyes the doll.

Y is that if Alonso already had problems in the previous tests, besides finding rain, in this first day of official tests in Indianapolis, it has become clear that McLaren is not ready as a team to win the 500 Miles right now. Fernando finished 31st with a correct morning session in which he reached 360,754 km / h, but in the afternoon just completed a lap with some problems in the car that McLaren can not detect. Fernando started the test day with the intention of continue to get the car ready, but could barely do it.

Not much better was Oriol Serviá, who will run in Indy 500 and finished 28º. The best, Will Power followed by Simon Pagenaud, Ed Carpenter and Helio Castroneves, all of them with Chervrolet engine, like Alonso, at least a glimpse of hope ... We'll see, but Fernando has a long way to go to finish his full daruma.
