Check here the route, the profile, the cobbled sections and the ascents of the Flanders Tour 2019, which takes place this Sunday, April 7, starting at 10:30.

The first Sunday of April is always a day marked in red on the cycling calendar. Because it is the date on which the Tour of Flanders takes place, one of the five cycling monuments and, next to the Paris-Roubaix, the most important classic of the year. For this edition, the route, of 270 kilometers, has not undergone major modifications. The organization has prepared a layout that includes 17 climbs and the passage through mythical walls for its great hardness such as the Oude Kwaremont, the Paterberg, the Muur-Kapelmuur or the Kanarieberg.

The test will start in Antwerp and the runners will face 80 kilometers before the first cobbled sections. They will be two almost followed before the first step by the Oude Kwaremont, which is crowned at kilometer 120. There it starts in a chained with Kortekeer, Ladeuze, Wolvenberg, Leberg, Berendries, Tenbosse, Kapelmuur, Kanarieberg, a second step through the Kwaremont and the Paterberg before arriving at the Oudenaarde circuit, with climbs to the Koppenberg, Steenbeekdries, Taaienberg, Kruisberg and the last contact shots with the Kwaremont and the Paterberg, which will make the final selection about 15 kilometers from meta. Then descent, level and a small slope before finishing.
