The difference between the highest paid player and footballer in the world is more than € 129M

France Football reports that Simeone is the coach who charges the most with € 41M per season. Messi enters 130 million and Ada Hegerberg, 400,000.


Leo Messi is, once again, the highest paid soccer player in the world. According to France Football, the player of Barcelona will enter this season 130 million euros gross, between salaries, premiums and advertising revenues. The same media has also published the list of best-paid players; which crowns Ada Hegerberg, current Golden Ball, with 400,000 euros of income. A difference of € 129.6M .

Cristiano Ronaldo is second in the male ranking, with 113 million income. It is followed by Neymar, with 91,5, well above the fourth: Griezmann. The Atlético footballer sees his current account grow by 44 million per year; four more than it charges Gareth Bale. In the female ranking, Lyon won the first three places: Hegerberg (400,000), Amandine Henry (360,000) and Wendie Renard (348,000).
