Schwartzman says goodbye to Monte Carlo after falling to Fritz

The Argentine lost to the American Taylor Fritz 6-4 6-2, and was eliminated in the second round of the Monte Carlo Masters 1000 tennis.


The Argentine Diego Schwartzman lost today to the American Taylor Fritz by 6-4 and 6-2, and was eliminated in the second round of the Masters 1000 tennis Montecarlo.

Schwartzman, number 24 of the world ranking, fell against Fritz (65) , in one hour and 26 minutes of play.

The next rival of Fritz in the tournament will be nothing more nor less than the service Novak Djokovic, the number one in the world.

The Masters 1000 of Monte Carlo is played on surface of dust brick and will distribute around five million euros in prizes.
