A San Mamés with six forced absences and two homegrown

Oier, Pedro López, Doukouré, Dwamena and Vukcevic are injured and Bardhi is suspended. Pepelu and Manzanara, of the subsidiary, in the call.

El Levante will travel this Wednesday to Bilbao where at night he will visit the Nuevo San Mamés to face Athletic Club (7.30pm). And it will do it with two unusual faces in the call as are the two youth players Pepelu and Fran Manzanara. The latter has already debuted this season with the first team. His companion, on the contrary, premieres in the official match.

The many casualties that Paco López drags for the duel in Bilbao have caused this situation. And is that up to six players of the first team can not play for greater causes. Bardhi is penalized for seeing the fifth yellow last Sunday against Eibar, while Pedro López, Oier, Dwamena, Vukcevic and Doukouré are in the infirmary for different physical problems.

With so much absence and being the second match of the three that will play in these seven days, Paco López could propose some change in the eleven and even in the game system, as he commented in the press room. So, players like Coke Andujar or Jason could return to the starting line against Athletic and the drawing may vary from the usual 3-5-2 the Granotas have been used.
