Colombian Festival: stage for Martínez and Bernal, leader

The Colombian Daniel Martinez won the queen stage ahead of Superman Lopez. Egan Bernal, another Colombian, new leader of the race.


Fiesta colombiana! Daniel Martínez won his first World Tour triumph after winning the Paris-Nice queen stage ahead of his compatriot, Miguel Ángel López. Both finished off the great escape of the day, of 39 members, in a spectacular stage. In the general, Kwiatkowski yielded in the hard final ascent to Col de Turini and left track for Bernal, 22 years as Martinez. He reached the finish line next to Nairo Quintana but the one of the Sky is the new leader in the absence of the day of this Sunday.
